Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a £50 non-refundable deposit has been received.

2. Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the event date.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations

The £50 deposit is non-refundable.

If a client chooses to cancel their booking, no further payment will be required provided the remaining balance has not yet been paid.

4. Service Hours

Services will be provided during the agreed booking period.

Additional hours requested by the client may be subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Photography Services

Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.

RAW or unedited images are not included unless otherwise agreed.

6. Photobooth Hire

The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for setup and operation.

Guests must use equipment responsibly.

7. Equipment Damage

The client may be held responsible for any deliberate or reckless damage caused to equipment by guests during the event.

8. Marketing & Portfolio Use

CLONDONEVENTS may use selected images and content from events for marketing, website, portfolio, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Liability

CLONDONEVENTS will not be liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, power failures, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
